Our First Week!

We have had a great first week here at Spanish Oaks! We have been working on many fun new skills! Last week we talked about surface tension and we became scientists by dropping water onto pennies and making predictions about how many drops we could fit! We also have been working on our addition skills in our math rotations, learning how to work with doubles and how to tell the difference between odd and even numbers. We are having so much fun in second grade- be sure to ask your child for more details about all of the great things we have been up to!
